Division of Labor合作分工
One side handles each half — the two halves never overlap. Overbooked gets the customer to your door, Ace Premier turns them into a signed, delivered client.一人负责一半 — 两个环节完全不重叠。Overbooked 负责把客户送到门前,Ace Premier 负责把客户变成签约 + 交付。

The split above — we do content + ads + appointment setting through to appointment stage, the partner does sales + delivery — isn't a new invention. Once content and targeting are dialed in, our experience in other industries is that appointment volume and lead quality noticeably improve within the first few months of launch — the exact pace depends on the industry and market. Corporate publishing is new territory for both of us, so we're not putting a number on it yet — we'll know more once Phase 0 gives us real data.一旦 content + targeting 调好,我们在其他行业的经验是:预约量 / lead 质量会在开跑后的头几个月内明显往上走——具体幅度跟行业/市场状况有关,Corporate 出版是我们双方都还在验证的新赛道,所以这次不先给具体数字,等 Phase 0 跑出真实数据再说。

Say Corporate revenue for the month is RM120,000 → budget baseline = RM12,000.假设某月 Corporate 出版营收 RM120,000 → 预算基准 = RM12,000。
- Actual spend RM14,000 (RM2,000 over) → commission = RM12,000 − RM1,000 = 实际花费 RM14,000(超支 RM2,000)→ commission = RM12,000 − RM1,000 = RM11,000
- Actual spend RM9,000 (RM3,000 under) → commission = RM12,000 + RM1,500 = 实际花费 RM9,000(节省 RM3,000)→ commission = RM12,000 + RM1,500 = RM13,500

We understand — handing ad spend through your own account naturally raises the question: "where's my money going, and can I actually see it?"
